The staff at the preschool are dedicated to the continual care of the children, staff qualifications vary within the preschool from those completing training to those qualified NVQ Level 3 in childcare and education.
All staff are first aid trained and take refresher courses regularly.

Daily duties include the setting out of equipment and activities, greeting children, supervising play, interacting with all the children, supporting children’s learning through play experiences, and as key workers they update their key children’s development records which incorporates the early learning goals and stepping stones.

The staff ensure that all children are catered for as individuals, and their emotional needs are the first and foremost important aspect of the care we provide.

Staff at All Saints are selected on the criteria that they can provide each child with the care that is expected in a high quality childcare setting like All Saints.

The preschool welcomes students from local colleges and we are happy to support them through their training in the childcare field.
